Diets Dont Work – Crosby Library

This is a free  8 week group programme for people who would benefit from weight management support.  The programme increases your knowledge and will give you the skills necessary to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. It not only covers nutritional advice, but also focuses on goal setting, behaviour change, habits, coping mechanisms and relapses, all of which are essential for weight management.

The Weight Management Programme is available at a number of venues right across the borough and you can self refer, this can be done by email or phone
