Netherton Activity Centre

The NAC feature the latest life fitness equipment with state of the are cardiovascular and resistance machines including treadmills, cross trainers, upright cycles, recumbent cycles, rowing machines and a smith machine. There’s a wide range of unique equipment on offer including fit ball, stretching and conditional area, dumb bell and bar bell weight training area as well as a power plate workout station.

From toddling tots to active teens, mums, dads, there’s something for all ages at the NAC.  So, whether you want to strut your stuff in a dance session, enjoy a kick about with the lads or make some time for you, just remember, there’s a NAC for that.
